He is a member of the AIA and holds an NCARB certificate with Architectural licenses in Georgia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas. He is also a LEED AP, which means he is accredited by the USGBC to guide your project through LEED certification or advise you on the design of sustainable features or other certification guidelines for you project.
WHAT we believe
We believe that the success of a project is built on the foundation of a true partnership with our clients. Throughout the entire architectural process from design through construction, we listen and take the time to inform the client of the pros and cons of their wants, desires and decisions. Too many times we hear from new clients that their past projects had gone bad where the client’s needs were overlooked by designers or contractors who decided to do what they wanted, not what the client asked. That’s why we firmly believe that good design is only as effective as good communications by both the client and the architect; listening, interpreting and communicating with each other throughout the design and construction process.
HOW we work
By creating a collaborative relationship with our clients early in the process, it allows us to explore and debate design ideas and construction options early on to determine their feasibility and functionality without wasting the clients time or money on “design dead ends”. We offer an organized, detailed and reliable project management system which enhances client project knowledge and overall satisfaction. Building on these strategies, plus our close relationships with our consulting engineers, ARCLINE studio serves the client as the main point of contact for design throughout their project, providing timely and accurate responses and solutions for their needs.
