RENDERING & 3D
A picture speaks a thousand words……..When developing a design for an owner, we often work in some form of 2d rendering or 3d modelling to help the owner visualize the project. This accelerates the design process and alleviates the need for design changes late in the construction drawing phase. 3d modeling also assists our consulting engineers and the contractor to better understand the design which in turn reduces overall project costs since there are less unknowns. We prefer to provide these services whenever the budget allows.
