This project is for a national quick serve restaurant chain who is investigating the potential of a new exterior prototype. Design included developing 3d models of an alternate exterior facade. Storefront sizes were increased to allow more interior views and utilize natural lighting along with increased height of parapet elements for new signage locations. Exterior materials are also upgraded. Project is on-going and in design review phase.
