This homeowner association was devastated by a fire that started in the attic of one of the town-homes. Fire spread from roof to roof during high winds and ultimately destroyed or significantly damaged twelve units in three buildings. One building was demolished down to the foundation walls, the other two were partially demolished to the foundation walls in order to salvage structure that was unaffected by the fire. The damaged units were ultimately rebuilt using the same architectural elements and details from the original construction. Certain code updates were performed as part of the reconstruction.
